Integration

Darren Brealey coordinates project components to deliver cohesive, integrated outcomes. He managed multi-state ICT infrastructure integration at Pacific National, aligned information governance software integration at Castlepoint Systems, and ensured emergency SOP integration at NEMA. He uses interface registers, integrated master plans, and consolidated risk registers to bridge silos, maintain delivery synchronisation, and prevent duplication.
